Orders

Due to lead times, changes must be requested within 24 hours of submitting the order. Any revisions accepted are subject to extended lead times. Remittance of a deposit on this order renders a biding agreement to receive order in its entirety and accept full financial responsibility for the balance due. Customer understands this order cannot be cancelled or returns. Production will begin upon receipt of payment. Pivot Doors Direct does not provide installation on any of its products.

Each order is subject to acceptance or rejection by Pivot Doors Direct. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Pivot Doors Direct, all terms of sale shall be governed by Pivot Doors Direct’s terms and conditions of sale which are located at Pivot Doors Direct website.

Shipping

Upon placing an order, you will be provided a tracking number from a third-party shipping company to which all concerns related to shipping shall be directed. Delivery dates are estimates only, for which Pivot Doors Direct shall not accept liability associated with delays of any kind. v insures all shipments and does not assume responsibility for damage caused during shipping. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, Pivot Doors Direct shall repair or replace the item at its discretion, and all return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.

Returns

Product Use

The design and specifications for this product have been prepared by Buyer. Pivot Doors Direct makes no representations regarding compliance with building and construction codes, fire safety codes, and all applicable local, state, and federal acts, laws, codes, regulations, and rules, and the Manufacturer has relied solely upon the design and specifications provided by the Buyer.

Choice of Law

Buyer and Pivot Doors Direct expressly agree this Agreement is to be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and construed in the State of California, and that any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved at Pivot Doors Direct’s sole discretion by the county, state, or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under any given applicable law, such provision shall not apply, but the remaining provisions shall be given effect in accordance with their terms. All notices or demands required under this Agreement shall be in writing and made by personal service or sent via certified mail.

Submitting A Claim

Upon discovery of any defect of the product, the original purchaser shall notify PDD prior to installation. Any repairs or replacements are to be made at the discretion of PDD prior to installation.
